Vecchia Estates is the personal dream of developer Giovanni Di Vecchia, who counts himself fortunate to be born and raised on Aruba because his grandfather immigrated from Italy. In his opinion, this is an island paradise that offers infinite opportunity for an energetic and innovative individual.
Giovanni began his working career in real estate, opening one of the first brokerages and building his first house at only 24 years old. He actually built it himself from the ground up, as since a child, he was always fascinated by the process and drawn to it. It has given him an intimate knowledge of every aspect of home construction.
It has always been his belief Aruba needed a “one stop shop” construction firm, providing a complete service to his clients and rewarding them with a fully finished product, successfully planned and completed with little effort or concern on their part.
